Spa Etiquette
Please keep in mind for your visit:
- Arrive fifteen minutes prior to your spa appointment.
- Advise your wellness therapist of any allergies and/or specific requests you may have.
- Remember to bring appropriate footwear to allow proper drying of your polish if enjoying a pedicure service.
- Kindly notify us 24hrs. in advance if you need to cancel your spa appointment.
- Service prices do not include taxes and gratuities.
Childminding Policy & Overview
The Lilypad Room at Beautiful Mama is a compassionate solution to allow hardworking moms some much needed time for renewal. We ask that you place observe the following guidelines in order for us to provide you with the optimal spa and wellness experience:
- Children are not allowed unaccompanied by an adult anywhere in the spa.
- Nursing infants are allowed in the spa during treatments. Due to safety precautions we only allow "babes in arm" in the pedicure/manicure area.
We are a family friendly spa, and we strive to understand and meet the needs of children. Our Lilypad Room staff will make every attempt to help your child feel comfortable during their visit. However, due to the unpredictable nature of young children, it is possible that a particular visit will not work for a particular child.
In an attempt to prevent this and increase the likelihood that your service can be completed, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to help your child get settled. If your child becomes inconsolable during your service, it may become necessary to end your service early. If this occurs withint the first 15 minutes of your schedule appointment, you will not be charged for the service. After 15 minutes, your service fees will be prorated and we will reschedule with you, if desire, to complete the remainder of your service at a later time.
Child care is available Tuesday to Saturday 9AM-2pm. However, we can accommodate you if you need an appointment after these hours. Reservations are required, as space is based on availablility. Please let us know upon booking your appointment that you will be bringing children, as well as their ages.
Please provide all regular necessities for your child. (i.e. formula, snacks, diapers, comfort toy(s), etc.) We ask for the safety of all children that all snacks are peanut free.
